AWARD OF CERTIFICATES

As part of the Jean Monnet module entitled "European sustainable values ​​n Environmental and Agricultural policy", which is supported by the European Commission, the European Executive Agency for Education and Culture (EACEA), a course entitled "Climate change and agriculture: EU strategies to mitigate the negative effects of climate change in agriculture" was held at the University of the Academy of Economics in the period from February 6 to March 30, 2025, and on Tuesday 10.06.2025., certificates were handed to students who attended this course.

The aim of the course, held by prof. dr. Radivoj Prodanović, was to educate students to understand the nature and causes of climate change, its consequences, as well as familiarization with the policies, strategies and economic instruments of the European Union aimed at adapting and mitigating the negative effects of climate change. Students were given the opportunity to develop competencies for the application of sustainable practices in agriculture, which includes the use of agro ecological principles, with a special emphasis on the application of green strategies in the rural and agrarian development of the Republic of Serbia.p>
