As part of the Jean Monnet module entitled "European sustainable values in environmental protection and agriculture policies", which is supported by the European Commission and the European Executive Agency for Education and Culture (EACEA), the second cycle of the course "Harmonization of Serbian legislation with the acquis of the EU in the field of environmental protection" was successfully implemented at the University of Economics in June 2026.
During the course, students had the opportunity to become familiar with the legal achievements of the European Union in the field of environmental protection, their legal effect, and the way they are applied in the legal systems of member states. They were introduced to the obligations that Serbia has undertaken regarding the harmonization of its legal system with EU legal achievements in the accession process.
